Gas work is not the place to cut corners. A gas line has to be run right, tested, and done to code — and that’s exactly the kind of careful work licensed plumbers are trained for. We’ve done it in Lancaster County homes since 1961.
What we do
New gas line runs, repairs to existing lines, and appliance hookups — a range, a dryer, a water heater, a heater, an outdoor grill. We’ll pull the permits and handle the inspections when a job calls for them. We can also check a line if you suspect a leak, though that’s not a call we get often.
Sized for what you’re running
Here’s the piece people miss until it becomes a problem: a gas line has to be sized for the appliance it feeds. Put in a new high-efficiency boiler or an on-demand (tankless) water heater, and the gas supply has to keep up with that demand — or the equipment won’t perform the way it’s supposed to. We size the supply to the load, so the appliance you paid for actually runs right.
Done safely, done to code
Whether you’re adding a gas range, moving to a gas dryer, feeding a heater, or running a line out to the grill, the line has to be sized correctly, sealed tight, and tested before anyone uses it. We’re licensed master and journeymen plumbers, so safety and code aren’t afterthoughts — they’re the whole job. We don’t rush this work and we don’t hand it off.
