You get your diagnostic fee waived on repairs, a discount when something does need fixing, and a credit that grows toward a new system down the road. And here's the part most plans won't put in writing.

Foundational care and cost control.

Everything in Standard, plus our fullest coverage:
- A full year of filters supplied + installed
- One wear part (capacitor or contactor) replaced free of labor when it tests near end of life
- Condensate pump + drain pan treated every visit
- Up to 1 lb of refrigerant per year included
- UV-C lamp bulb replaced if equipped
- 15% discount on repairs
- $750 credit toward a new system (after 6 months)
- No overtime on emergency repairs + a 24-hour priority call-back guarantee
Monthly pricing includes a small billing-convenience fee. Each additional system in the home is +50% of the plan. Fuel-oil systems aren't eligible. Memberships run a 1-year term and auto-renew, with 30 days' notice to change.
Every membership includes
A waived $125 diagnostic on repair visits, priority scheduling — members are booked ahead of non-members — a written report every visit, and a replacement credit toward a new system that kicks in after six months.
