A family shop in Millersville since 1961
Jim and Edna Falk started Tom Falk Plumbing & Heating in 1961.65 years later it's still a family business, still inMillersville, still answering to its own name in this community.
Same family, same standards
A lot of our customers have known us as their plumber for decades. Now we bring that same approach to full heating and cooling. When you call, you get a local team — licensed master and journeymen plumbers — not a call center and not a rotating crew of subcontractors. The people who show up are the people who answer to the name on the van.
Not a private-equity rollup
A lot of the names advertising around Lancaster County are backed by out-of-town investors now. We're not one of them. We're the shop that's been down the street since 1961, and that's the whole difference: we live here, we answer for our own work, and we'll be here if you ever need us again.
How we do the work
We size systems with a real load calculation instead of guessing. We're an authorized dealer for Amana and Rheem. We back our installs with a 1-year labor guarantee, extendable up to 10 years, plus manufacturer warranties, and we offer multiple financing options. And we'll always tell you straight whether it's time to replace something or whether it has life left — because that's how you keep a customer for 65 years.
