What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us. When you fill out our quote or contact form, that's your name, your phone number, and — if you add them — your email, your town, and a short description of what you need. We don't collect anything you don't hand us.

What we don't do

We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics that follow you around the web, and we don't use tracking cookies on this site. And we don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anybody. Ever.

How we use what you share

We use your information for one thing: to answer your request and take care of the work you called about — to call or text you back, put together a quote, and schedule service. If you become a customer, we keep enough on file to service your account and follow up the way any good local shop would.

Who handles it

Your information is handled by our own team and stored using standard, reputable service providers that help us run the business — our website host, our secure database, and our email service. They process it on our behalf to help us serve you, and they don't get to use it for their own purposes. Any customer reviews shown on this site come from public sources like our Google Business Profile.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you service-related messages — such as a note after a visit asking how we did or inviting you to leave a review. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP.No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.We share it only with the providers that help us send these messages, and only to deliver them. Keeping and removing your information

We hold onto your information only as long as we need it to help you or service your account. If you'd like us to remove your information from our records, just call or write to us — we'll take care of it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. That said, no method of sending information over the internet is ever completely secure, so we can't promise perfect security — only that we treat your information with the same care we'd want for our own.

Children

This site is meant for homeowners and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
