Trevor, Jim and Jeff make a great team. Their work is excellent, and they are very professional and responsive. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing and heating issue you might have.
Had an intermittent issue with our furnace. Left a message late Sunday. Prompt and clear communications from Trevor on Monday morning. By midday, Jim had serviced us, found and fixed the problem. That's what I call excellent service. Thank you!
Diagnostics on water pressure issues. Was determined to be water softener as the problem. The softener was replaced promptly and in an excellent workmanlike manner.
Jeff was great. He installed the toilet and made sure everything was working good. Took his time and was very friendly. We will Use Faulk plumbing again.

Wow, everything has turned out so great! And less than those bigger companies and a lot nicer to talk to! 😊 My basement was a mess, beware when buying a flipped house! 🤯 Long story short, because my sewer line inside my house was painted, I had to have it replaced. I also needed a new boiler and hot water heater due to age and my wet basement. So I decided to go energy efficient. 🌱 Oh and not to forget my new utility sink, with plumbing that works and a handy spray spout. Thank you so much to Trevor and Jeff, they did an awesome job with all the installations. Everything went very quickly with few issues, thankfully. They are very pleasant and easy to work with. I was having other work done in the basement and they worked with my scheduling. I'm looking forward to doing more business with Tom Falk Plumbing & Heating! My new go to!! 😊

Had to call for leaking kitchen sink , Jeff was very thorough and explained all the processes he would do . I am pleased with the results and will call them again if I need any work done .

They were great. I have used them for so many plumbing upgrades & services: a new toilet, sink/tub fixtures, unclogging sluggish drains. I have been always happy with their work, and highly recommend this business.
