When your central air finally gives up — usually on the first real hot stretch — you don’t want a sales pitch, you want a straight answer and a system that works. We’ve cooled Lancaster County homes since 1961, and we install AC the way it should be done: sized to your actual house, installed clean, and backed up.
We size it right instead of guessing
The most common reason a brand-new AC disappoints is that somebody put in whatever was there before, or eyeballed it. An oversized unit short-cycles, leaves your house clammy, and wears out early. An undersized one never keeps up. Before we quote you, we run a real load calculation — your square footage, layout, insulation, and windows — so the system we put in is the system your home actually needs.
Reliable equipment we stand behind
We’re an authorized dealer for Amana and Rheem — solid, serviceable equipment we’re comfortable putting our name on. And because we’re your plumber too, we handle the whole job start to finish and clean up after ourselves.
Straight talk on repair vs. replace
If your AC is fifteen years or older and you’re calling for a repair every summer, a new system usually costs you less over time — lower bills, fewer breakdowns, and cooling that keeps up. But if yours has life left in it, we’ll tell you that too. We’re not here to sell you a unit you don’t need.
Questions we hear a lot
How do I know what size AC my house needs?
We run a real load calculation based on your home's size, layout, insulation, and windows — not a guess off the old unit. A right-sized system cools evenly, runs quieter, pulls humidity better, and costs less to run.
Can you replace just the AC and keep my furnace?
Usually, yes — if your furnace is in good shape and the systems are compatible, we can replace the AC on its own. We'll tell you honestly if pairing them makes more sense for how they run together.
Do you offer financing on a new AC?
Yes — we offer multiple financing options, so a new system doesn't have to land all at once. Ask us about your options when you call.
