No heat in January or no AC in July is the kind of problem that can’t wait. We’ve kept Lancaster County homes comfortable since 1961, and we treat an emergency call the way we’d want ours treated — get out, find the real problem, and give you a straight answer.
We make no-heat and no-AC calls a priority
When your system quits at the worst possible time, you don’t want to sit on a waiting list. Call us and we’ll get to you as fast as we can. When we’re there, we’ll tell you honestly what we’re seeing and what it takes to make it right.
We fix the real problem, not the symptom
It’s tempting to throw a part at a dead system and hope. We don’t work that way. We check the system properly — the heating or cooling side, the electrical, the airflow — so you’re paying to fix what actually failed instead of guessing.
Repair or replace — a straight answer
If a repair gets you running and the system has good years left, that’s what we’ll do. If it’s old and failing and you’re better off replacing it, we’ll tell you that too, and we’ll never push you into a new unit you don’t need.
Questions we hear a lot
My heat went out in the cold — what should I do first?
Check that the furnace switch and the breaker are on, and that the thermostat is calling for heat, then call us. If it's below freezing, keeping some heat in the house or letting a faucet drip helps protect your pipes while we get to you.
