A slow sink is annoying. A backed-up drain can stop your whole day. We clear clogged and sluggish drains across Lancaster County, and we’ve been doing it as licensed plumbers since 1961.

The right machine for the line

Not every clog is the same, so we don’t bring one machine to every job. We run three sizes of cable machine: a small one that feeds through a sink drain — past the strainer, not the trap — a mid-size one for two- and three-inch lines, and a heavier one for three- to six-inch lines. Matching the machine to the pipe is how you clear the blockage without chewing up the drain.

When the cable is just stirring a stubborn clog around instead of moving it, we switch tools — including an expanding bladder that seals inside the line and then fires a jet of water forward under pressure to push the blockage through. And when a line genuinely needs hydro-jetting, we bring in a local family-run outfit we’ve worked with for years: a shop run like ours, honest work, no gouging. We only put our name next to crews we’d trust in our own homes.

We find the real cause

Clearing a clog is easy. Figuring out why it keeps happening is the part that actually saves you money. We look for what’s really going on instead of guessing, so the fix holds instead of coming back next month.

We know rural systems

A lot of the county is on well and septic, and drains on those systems behave differently. Decades on these properties means we know the difference and treat your home accordingly.

Questions we hear a lot

My drain keeps clogging — why?

A drain that clogs again and again usually means something more than a simple blockage. We look for the real cause instead of clearing it and calling it done, so you're not paying us back every few weeks for the same problem.

Do you hydro-jet drains?

When a line genuinely needs it, yes — we bring in a local family-run crew we've trusted for years to handle the jetting, then we make sure the line's right. For most clogs, the correctly-sized cable machine does the job.

“Fantastic company! They have done plumbing repairs and have installed a new HVAC system in my house. They listened attentively to my concerns and answered with feedback and suggestions in a way that I understood the whole process.”

“Tom Falk plumbing has helped us for over 20 years. Their response to calls is very prompt, and needed work is explained and then done efficiently. Recently Jeff proactively replaced our very old main water shut off valves. A few years ago they solved a complicated problem with a century-old bathroom drain pipe. Work areas are carefully cleaned when they're finished. Highly recommended.”
